DNA context services accept only an adult customer's already obtained, customer-supplied genealogy summary and a small redacted match summary. Eftsona performs no testing, collects no biological sample, accepts no raw DNA files, uploads no genetic data to external databases and does not log into a testing account. No genetic-health, medical, diagnostic, treatment, forensic, legal-paternity or ethnicity-certification service is provided.
A separate unchecked consent is required for the DNA summary service. It permits only use of the supplied summary for the purchased genealogy question; it does not authorize sale, advertising, model training, research studies, third-party sharing or future unrelated analysis. Submit only your own adult results or information for which you have the relevant adult's explicit permission; redact unrelated living people and use match initials. Do not submit minors' DNA or genetic-health reports. You may withdraw optional genetic consent and request a privacy hold/removal through your private project or support.
Shared-DNA estimates and testing-company labels express probabilities and ranges; overlapping relationships, endogamy, pedigree collapse, errors and changing estimates limit interpretation. A possible biological relationship remains a hypothesis unless supported by adequate independent evidence. Unexpected parentage can be distressing. Stop and seek an appropriate qualified professional if health, legal or counseling help is needed.
