Cancel by emailing support@eftsona.com from the order email with the order number. Before research begins, the Eftsona service payment is refundable in full. After research begins, cancellation is assessed against documented work actually performed, using the service's fixed price and published research-time cap; any unperformed portion is refunded. We will explain the calculation and will not charge beyond the purchased price. Nothing here restricts mandatory consumer rights, remedies for nonconforming work, or a legally required withdrawal right.
A report with no located record or no resolved relationship is not automatically defective: you purchased the scoped effort, search log and evidence assessment. If the promised service was not performed or delivery is missing, contact support for correction, completion or an appropriate refund. Duplicate payments and technical errors are reviewed promptly. Refunds use the original payment route and provider processing times.
Outside providers are paid directly by the customer; Eftsona holds no outside-fee balance. Their refunds follow their own terms. Declining an optional outside source does not add a fee. Research paused for missing information is not silently continued or expanded. One in-scope factual correction request within 14 days is included.
