Customers must be 18 or older and authorized to provide the submitted information. Choose one scoped service per order. Prices are in USD; applicable tax is shown by Stripe before payment. No subscription, recurring charge, DNA test, travel, certificate or outside record purchase is included. Stripe handles card data; Eftsona does not receive full card numbers.
You purchase the listed research effort and deliverable, including an unsuccessful-search report. A particular person, record, relationship, ethnicity, inheritance or legal result is never guaranteed. Scope and time caps are shown before payment. We do not silently expand a project or charge for extra work. Typical delivery is 5–10 business days after complete materials; customer decisions and unavailable records can delay work. Contact support before ordering for a deadline.
All work must use authorized access and comply with source-provider terms. No shared credentials, bypassed paywalls, automated extraction of restricted databases, unauthorized access or unlawful requests. We may refuse or pause unsuitable work and refund the unperformed portion. Genealogy is historical research, not legal, medical, genetic-health, immigration, probate or identity-verification advice. Reports do not certify legal parentage, citizenship, tribal membership, land title or inheritance.
Use your report privately for personal/family purposes. Source materials retain their own rights; delivery does not grant rights the provider has withheld. Our original report prose may be shared privately with family, subject to living-person consent and source restrictions. Resale, commercial republication and public disclosure of private living-person/genetic information are excluded.
Do not submit offensive, unlawful or unnecessary sensitive content. We do not conduct investigations of living people for surveillance, location, employment, credit, insurance or other eligibility decisions. The research, privacy, fees, DNA, copyright and refund policies below form part of these terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. If a dispute arises, contact support first; no mandatory arbitration or waiver of statutory rights is imposed here.
