Zero unapproved expenses. Zero owner-funded outside research. Eftsona's service price covers only the listed work using authorized free/public/customer-supplied sources. Certificates, archival copies, databases, subscriptions, foreign records, translations, military files, postage, travel and other outside services are excluded.
If a paid source is identified, the affected research pauses. Your private project displays the provider, purpose, exact amount and currency, and provider link. Choose: (1) provide a permitted copy yourself; (2) decline and proceed without it; or (3) explicitly approve that exact request and pay the provider directly, then supply the permitted material. Approval is recorded with the request snapshot, timestamp and policy version. No option lets Eftsona spend the owner's funds or automatically charge your card.
In this launch workflow, outside fees are paid directly to the provider. Eftsona does not collect outside-fee funds, advance costs, create provider accounts, use payment credentials, purchase subscriptions or place orders on your behalf. Changing the amount or source requires a new request and new customer decision. Authorization alone does not unlock research: the owner must record receipt of the permitted material and a rights review. Declining a paid source does not guarantee the question can be answered.
Provider eligibility, access, taxes, delivery, licensing and refunds follow the provider's own terms. Verify them before paying. A provider payment is separate from the Eftsona service and will not appear as an Eftsona charge or refundable Eftsona expense. Your final report records outside-source decisions and identifies customer-paid materials.
